Forgeworld's Great Unclean One (resin, David Cockersell) +GW's nurglings (plastic, by Brian Nelson and Darren Latham)
This is an old painted model. I only added the UV resin for the slime.
The original version (with attached blight drones) can be seen there:

Summer of Nurgle: Nurgle's Glottkin
GW's Nurgle's Glottkin (plastic, by Mark Harrison)
The base uses a self-made tree (green stuff+ Milliput) and tree stumps froms Green Stuff World.
The watery swamp effect was achieved with Green Stuff World's Ultraviolet Resin (+ a small touch of GW's Elysian green paint.
The two minis at the top can be removed easily.
The Glottkin needs some Milliput treatment to geat rid of mould lines and holes. I have added some micro balls for pustles.

Here are some WIP photos. The base is MDF + Green stuff +Milliput + plastic tree stumps

I have used a flexible plastic flower pot to pour the UV resin on the base. It took quite some time to solidify completely (3 days). The smell is quite pugnent, but the result is great!
